Permanent makeup Price List 2017
First of all, price should not be the most important thing on your mind. That your technician is artistic, educated, certified, experienced, and operating in a clean licensed facility should be the most important things to someone looking for a Permanent makeup artist.  So, what decides the price?  All those things above, and the market in your area.  It may cost $500 to $900 for eyeliner in New York (or Beverly Hills), but $300/ $500 in Mississippi (in a licensed facility) depending on talent & experience.
There will always be a difference in quality and price in any artistic procedure. This is not a medical procedure.  You are not buying a dress or a hamburger.  All permanent makeup technicians are not artists, and are not created equal.  If your technician pulls out stencils to do your eyebrows...just get up and walk out.       10% OFF for cash!
EYELINER: Please have a driver, your eyes may be blurry from the numbing product. Eyeliner can be a fine line (like liquid eyeliner) or smudge (like you would use an eyeliner pencil to line your eyes and then use the sponge end of the pencil to soften the edges).  Soft eyeliner is worn by most actresses, models and women with money and education at his time. It is about beauty instead of style. You can always kick it up a notch on Friday night. Eyeliner top and bottom is $500 (heavy liner is an additional $100 or extra heavy $200).
EYEBROWS: Eyebrows can be the look of eyebrow pencil, hairstrokes (Microblading), or both.  Most people choose hairstrokes for a natural look.  Brows should be individualized, measured and colored to suit YOUR face, YOUR hair color and YOUR skin tones. Either is $500 (six week touch up included). If it is a correction of someone elses work, that needs 3 visits? $100 for 3rd visit.

I am open by appointment only (made in advance). Saturday (only) appointments
are available.  Please do not try to get me to make a special exception, I work one
day a week. Please leave me a message so I can call you back.
Prices include topical anesthetics and touch
ups (if touch ups are done every 6 to 8 weeks).  All procedures require more than 1
visit (in 6 weeks, 10 weeks max.).  Color boost of my work (if requiring 1 visit) is
1/2 off my current rates.  Color boost of my work (requiring 2 visits) is only 25% off
my current rate. Color boost means the work has faded or is off color and needs to
have color restored.  This is usually one visit; that's why it is half price. If you need
two visits it will be only 25% off my current rate.
A change of heart (or hair color) is different than a color boost.  Changing the
color of the lips will take 2 or three visits and is not going to be discounted. This is
not a sale; but that a color boost usually only needs one visit so I charge less.  Sun,
alcohol, medications and facial treatments change or remove your tattoo; so think
about a color boost every year or two.
Difficult color and/or shape corrections (or if you bleed because of medications)
requiring several/extra visits may require an additional charge (minimum $100 set
up fee to cover my expense for numbing, pigments and needles).

LINER/SHADOW:  I recommend liner/shadow for mature women that don't need another line on their face. Meaning: they have wrinkles, have earned them, are not removing them and are still beautiful inside and out.  A soft shadow covering the lid and around the eye is the perfect back drop for lashes and just the accent they need to show off their personality.  Many makeup photos in upscale magazines have a liner/shadow instead of a liner on their models.  It has a beautiful softening effect that reduces the appearance of wrinkles.  Shadow/liner is $700.
TOUCH UP:  All permanent makeup procedures need a six week touch up.  Some color (up to 50%) is lost in the healing process.  I implant a color that you and I agree upon; but your body may alter that color and we can tweak that color at 6 weeks; 5 weeks if you are young and healthy but maybe 8 if you are very mature and heal slower.  If you do not come back by 10 weeks you lose your free status and pay $100 set up fee. After 6 months it is a color boost.
COLOR BOOST: If you want that perfect soft makeup look that matches your hair and skin tones; you may want to get a color boost every year or two.  Color boost of my work (if it requires 1 visit) is 50% off of my current rates.  If it requires 2 visits it is only 25% off.  Color boost of someone else's work is full price.  There are reasons.  When I correct/update someone else's work; it is usually a color and a shape correction and is almost always harder than doing work on virgin skin.
EXTRA CHARGES:  If there is excessive bleeding (because of medications or health condition) or difficult implantation (because of skin condition) that requires a third visit; there will be a $100 setup fee (my expense for the procedure and minimal expense for my time).  If there is a third visit required because the client rejected my color recommendation and she now sees that she was wrong there will be a $100 set up fee to correct the color. There is a $20 needle fee if I must change out the needle mid-treatment because of difficult, scared, thick or sun damaged skin.
Before and After

This is immediately after tattoo; there is some swelling and redness. Above is an example of hairstroke brows and extra heavy liner. There is a charge for "extra heavy" liner.
110 Hayden Ave, Pass Christian Mississippi. Previously in Diamondhead and Ocean Springs.
Permanent makeup artist: Stephanie Drumright (Lucas), serving Texas, Louisiana, Mississippi, Alabama,Tennessee and Florida since 2004.
LIP TATTOO:  Lip tissue is different than other tissue on your face. There will be more swelling on lips (ha-ha-ha and you will miss it when it's gone).  Lip tissue numbs extremely well and some people fall asleep when they get their lips done. Some people keep the color for a very long time, some don't. But it usually lasts a few years; unless you have dry pealing lips all the time? Lips usually take 3 visits, sometimes only two. You lose maybe 50% of your color during the healing  after first visit. Do not be alarmed, it is the way it is on the first healing.

My lips are tattooed and I love it. I touch up every 2 years and I just wear lip gloss or chapstick (when you get a touchup every year or two? It is half of the price I am currently charging). For something special, like a ball or diner party? I may use actual lipstick to kick it up a notch. I am 67 years old and have fibromyalgia and chronic fatigue syndrome; so it is wonderful to always have a "face". If it is something you want and it's worth it to you? Lips are $700 for average size and $800 for fuller lips. $200 extra for 2 colors (lip liner). Example: small or average lips with liner $900, large lips with liner $1000.
I have tattooed permanent makeup since 2004. My hands and arms became too painful to work. I took a few months off and had treatment.
I am open again for limited hours,
Wednesdays and Saturdays only...
10% OFF for cash! 15% off for cash and 2 new procedures in one day.
